It is a renovation, strengthening and addition to a residence built in 1954 which does not have any interesting aesthetic elements. The solution of a radical change in both the style of the building and its structure is chosen, with the aim of creating a modern residence that will accommodate the needs of a family of five.
On the ground floor are the sleeping areas and on the two upper floors are the bedrooms. Due to the limitations of the building conditions, the addition is only done vertically and not at all by extension.
The construction materials of the facades are thermal plaster in two shades, dark wood and dark glass. The facade blinds serve the bioclimatic needs of the building by acting as a barrier to the southern and especially the western sun.
